The Istrian Villas are located in the environmental oasis apartment village Sol Stella Maris, 2 km from the Umag town centre.

In  resort is 159 Villas, 20 Luxury Istrian Villas and Villa Stella Maris:

• Istrian Villa for 4 persons have bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchen and 2 beds, flat screen Sat-TV, internet connection, air condition, safe deposit box, bathroom and terrace.

• Istrian Villa for 6 persons have two bedrooms, each with double bed, living room with kitchen and 2 beds, flat screen Sat-TV, internet connection, air condition, safe deposit box, bathroom, WC and terrace.

• Luxury Istrian Villas are located on the very seaside, surrounded by a vast park, all equipped with terrace, and enriched with a relax-area including a comfortable hammock or a pertaining whirpool-bath and private beach. Luxury Istrian Villa have two bedrooms, each with double bed, living room with kitchen and 2 beds, flat screen Sat-TV, internet connection, air condition, safe deposit box, two bathroom and toilets and terrace.

Accommodation price with soujourn tax (residence tax) for requred time is presented during reservation procedure.

In prices included:

daily apartment rental, soujourn tax, bed linen, towels, electric energy and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, weekly change of bed linen, twice a week change of towels, daily cleaning of the villa, final cleaning and car parking.
